A VERY MOVING DAY! If you were there you felt it. Below you will see a few pictures. Again it was a good day for all. All the FAKE Fatalities and Injured were Drama Students from New Albany and East Union High Schools, that poured their heart and soul into DRIVING home a message to their fellow classmates. Even though we all knew it was an reinactment, when we arrived on the scene, it was a very moving moment.
A BIG THANKS goes out to New Albany and East Union Drama Clubs Directed by Ms. Muncie, the New Albany Fire Dept, Chief Hale, "A" Shift and Off Duty Firefighters, Capt. Mark Sides for all the hard work and planning that went into this, East Union Fire Dept, Union County Fire Coordinator Steve Coker, Union County Sheriffs Dept led by Investigator Anthony Anderson, New Albany Police Dept, DUI Officer Ben Kent, Mississippi Highway Patrol, Baptist Memorial Hospital Union County, Careflight from North Ms Med Center, Union County Medical Examiner Mark Golding, Union County 911, J's Place for providing the three vehicles for the reinactment, Mayor and Board of Aldermen, New Albany Sports Plex, Union County Superintendent Ken Basil, all other County School Officials and Parents that assisted, along with the task of keeping everything in line and going, WMC Channel 5, New Albany Gazette, New Albany News-Exchange. A very Special THANKS to Sherrie Little, Mother of Bailey Littlejohn and Widow of Ricky Littlejohn for the testimony of:
"DO YOU REMEMBER WHERE YOU WERE 12 YEARS AGO ON APRIL 4th, 1998? I REMEMBER WHERE I WAS."
Which was one of the many reasons why this day came to be!
